Flagpole Photographers Camera Club and the Newtown Lions Club joined together to create the publication, “A Tour of Newtown, Connecticut.” Hundreds of copies of the book that sells for $20 each have already been sold. All profits from the sales go to the Lions Club charities.
A 30-minute promotional production of the book and of both local organizations has been filmed and is now airing on Spectrum Cable Channel 192 on Monday, Feb. 3 at 8:00 pm, Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 4:00 pm, Monday, Feb. 10 at 8:00 pm, and Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 4:00 pm.
