Agenda
- 7:00 – Social time before the meeting starts
- 7:30 – Meeting starts – Welcome and announcements
- 7:35 – Model station explanations.
- 7:40 – Capturing Portraits
- As subgroups we’ll move through the stations getting advice and taking photos with different lighting techniques.
What to Bring
A camera or device to take photos with. Consider a lens around 30 mm (body) to 70 mm (headshot). No tripods needed.
Sharing Photos With Models
As a thank you to the models, we’d like you to upload a few of your best photos to our new program upload site. This will give the models a lovely memento of their participation.

At the Newtown Senior Center
Newtown Community Center & Senior Center is at 8 Simpson Street, Newtown, CT. 2023 Update: For a shorter walk, park in the back (gravel and grass) and use the rear door of the meeting room.
