Flagpole Photographers Have Strong Showing at Focus ’17
The Wilton Arts Council held the opening reception and awards presentation for their Focus ’17 Photo Exhibit on Friday evening, March 10. Several Flagpole Photographers Camera Club members received awards for their photos submitted to the show which includes 174 photos taken by 105 different photographers and runs through March 30 at the Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road, Wilton, CT. Erik Landegren took 5th place in the Adult Division for his photo, “Oops our cover is blown” and received an Honorable Mention for his photo, “Bubbly Aquatic Portrait.” Other Flagpole members receiving Honorable Mention awards included Chane Cullens for “Blowing in the Wind,” Rhonda Cullens for “Manhattan Bridge,” and Darrell Harrington for “Standing Strong.”
