Flagpole Photographers Camera Club recently competed in the Photographic Society of America’s (PSA) winter Interclub Competition against clubs from across the world. The PSA, one of the largest non-profit organizations for photographers, established in 1934, boasts members in over 60 countries and provides a platform for international photographic excellence. The Interclub Competition consists of three rounds (Fall, Winter, and Spring), culminating in end-of-year “Best of the Best” awards judged by experienced external judges.

In PSA competitions, Merit awards represent roughly the top 5% to 8% of the photos and Honorable Mention awards are the next 10% to 15% of the photos.
