Members of the Flagpole Photographers Camera Club attended the 70th Annual New England Camera Club Council (NECCC) Photography Conference held July 17-19, 2015 at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. Over 900 attendees gathered this year at the conference to hear speakers on a wide variety of photography related topics and to sharpen their skills during the extensive 3-day event.
Two Flagpole members entered the 2015 NECCC Print Competition at the conference and both came away with ribbons. Congratulations to Darrell Harrington who won a “Honor Award Blue Ribbon (Medal Round)” for his photo, “Wahooooo!” and to Erik Landegren who received a “Yankee Photographic Society Gold Medal – Judge’s Choice” for his photo, “The Artist.”
