Flagpole Photographers exhibit at the Kellogg Environmental Center in Derby, CT opened July 25 and runs until August 22, 2017. The Center is part of the CT Department of Energy and Environment Protection (DEEP) State Parks. There will also be a program day on August 19, in honor of World Photo Day, entitled “Pretty as a Picture”on how to photograph flowers, scenery and nature. Flagpole Photographers member Chane Cullens will be presenting a lecture on August 19 at 10:00 am followed by assisting the public in photographing outdoor areas at the Center. Other club members will also be on hand to help answer questions as well.
