Flagpole Wins Two First Places in 2023 TOPS in Connecticut

In the Connecticut Association of Photographers (CAP) 2023 TOPS in Connecticut competition on March 19, 2023, there were 544 photos from 114 Connecticut photographers. Flagpole Photographers did great by winning 22 awards, including a first place in Portrait by Chane Cullens and a first place in Waterscape by Darrell Harrington.
